Since 2008, NPRE ILLINOIS has been spreading the word about the outstanding contributions of our graduates by presenting the NPRE Distinguished Alumni Awards. Again this year we will be pleased to make these presentations.
We encourage you to consider NPRE ILLINOIS alumni you know and submit nominations for those you consider to be particularly deserving of recognition. Submissions for the 2011 award(s), which may be made via a provided form, must be received by June 30. The award(s) will be presented Sept. 30, 2011. Award Criteria

The NPRE Distinguished Alumni Awards are presented by NPRE ILLINOIS and by the NPRE Constituent Alumni and Industry Advisory Board to NPRE ILLINOIS alumni who make notable advances in the field of nuclear science, and/or lasting contributions to society in general. Through their careers and voluntary service, these individuals bring honor upon themselves as well as to their fellow graduates, NPRE ILLINOIS, the College of Engineering, and the University of Illinois.
